Adult Programs Our most intensive training program in nature awareness, the art of indigenous mentoring and leadership development. Choose a 9-month program (fall-spring) or a 3-month program (fall, winter or spring). Community Nature Awareness Program The flagship program of the Institute, a mid-level training in nature awareness, naturalist skills sets, community building, the art of mentoring, and leadership development. One weekend a month from November through June. Coyote's Path Adult Tracking & Fire Making Learn tracking, primitive fire making, bird language, shelter building, natural cordage, wild edibles and more. Takes place concurrently with the youth program, approximately every other Saturday from October through May. Take as many or as few as you'd like! Pre-registration required, please call the office several days to a week in advance. Youth Programs Coyote's Path Youth Wilderness Program A long-term mentoring program for children ages 6-16 in naturalist, wilderness survival, and community skills. Our staff are skilled in the art of mentoring and provide an adventurous, fun filled experience for the youth.
